Another great day of charity golf has come and gone, and on behalf of the Peninsula Co-op Charity Golf Classic and the Victoria Epilepsy and Parkinson’s Centre we would like to thank you for making this year so successful. This year with your support we raised $43,000 to provide services and supports for children and adults with epilepsy and Parkinson’s Disease.
Though no one took the prize in the million dollar shoot-out or took home a Subaru, the weather was gorgeous and the golf even better (helped along by samples of Pepsi and Sea Cider). Though our Helicopter Golf Ball Drop was delayed due to the closure of the overhead airspace, the delay created even greater anticipation and Mark Barber was thrilled to go home with a flat screen television! The live band, massages, and golf challenges spiced up the day and a good time was had by all! Keep an eye on our website, as photos of the day will soon be posted for viewing
